Every year around this time we set in our mind that when the New Year arrives we will change our bad habits or turn over a new leaf. If we stop to think about it, this rarely works. We start the New Year with the best of intentions only to let things slip by the end of the first month.
This year take a different approach and start making changes today. Start early and work your plan into the New Year. You'll gain excitement and momentum knowing that you've gained a head start on the New Year.
